Web application for Ocean Diagnostics’ Saturna Imaging System, supporting real-time measurement and review of visible microplastic particles.

The tool pairs image segmentation and computer vision with Saturna’s standardized imaging workflow so researchers can identify particles, extract size, color, and category metrics, and move analysis out of a manual plastics-lab process.
